Shoulder Day

Shoulder day consisted of:

Arnold press 3 sets of 12 reps

military press 3 sets of 12 reps

front raise superset with lateral raise 3 sets of 10

bar bell push press 4 sets of 12

rear delt flys on the cables 3 sets of 12

Abs

I ate a total of 1,750 calories because im trying to cut from 170 to 152 by June.

I had a chicken salad sandwich for breakfast because the cafe stopped serving eggs. A salad for lunch and a chicken quesadilla for dinner.
